- A named production and a first performance. The account exists so that show can sell tickets. A login with no show is not a start.
- What does it cost?
- Tools are free. Places earns a dollar when a reserved seat sells. General admission is free for small events for a limited time. Comps and free tickets are $0.

- POST organizationName, productionTitle, email, and firstPerformanceStartsAt to /api/start. Read /openapi.json. Success is first tickets on sale, not a console login.
